PowerTel officially began construction on the McLean’s Mountain Wind Farm Transmission Line in August, 2013. H.B. White Construction Canada and Northland Power were so impressed with the professionalism, safety program, construction efficiency and technical skill they witnessed that PowerTel was retained to complete work on stations at 3 locations: the transition station, the switching station, and the collector substation. Construction on the stations began in November 2013.
